Sweaty Sheep and the Special Offerings of the PC(USA) are teaming up to bring you to Louisville, KY on Saturday, April 27th for the Kentucky Derby Marathon (or mini-Marathon).
As a participant, you’ll receive a 12-week training plan that will include devotions, running tips, and complete workout guides. You’ll have the opportunity to speak with running coaches and elite athletes in virtual training sessions to make sure that you’re ready to run the marathon!
But you’ll be doing more than just running – you’ll be supporting many different charitable organizations that all spread the love of God to our communities, our country, and our world. By improving your own health, you’ll be improving the lives of others – and you’ll have a chance to learn about all of these causes along the way.
This program isn’t just about building your physical muscles, it’s about increasing the strength of your prayer, working on the endurance of your love, and training you to be a better follower of Christ.
